    Quote FAQ

    Questions about quotes

Quick answers before you send your request.

How fast will I get my quote?

We usually reply within 1 business day. Complex or very large orders may take a little longer.

Which printing method should I choose?

Not sure? Pick "Other" or the option you think fits. DTF is best for full-color designs and small runs; screen printing for larger runs with a few colors; embroidery for a premium stitched look on hats, polos and jackets. We'll recommend the best option.

How do I send my artwork?

Paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or WeTransfer link in the form. Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or high-resolution PNGs with transparent backgrounds work best. No artwork yet? Describe your idea and we can help.

    Is there a minimum order?

DTF has no minimums. Screen printing and embroidery are most cost-effective for larger quantities. Ask us about your numbers.

Can I mix sizes and colors?

Yes. List the sizes and quantities you need in the details field and we'll include them in your quote.
